This villa is the perfect location for your holiday, in a calm and peaceful area, with easy access to the best beaches on the island, and just a few minutes away from the most beautiful sunset spots.
The house has been decorated in a traditional yet modernized Spanish style and is fully equipped for everything that a group like yours may need.
It boasts 6 good-sized bedrooms, sleeping 11 guests, 5 bathrooms, and a living room area on both floors of the house, both with an open plan kitchen. The bottom living room/kitchen is great for use by the pool as it is right beside it. There is a large dining table inside and another 2 dining tables outside, for alfresco dining.
The majority of your time is bound to be spent outside, where you can relax on the terrace or chill out seating areas, and most importantly, catch some rays on the sunbeds before cooling off in your private pool! There is also a fantastic BBQ right by the pool, great for socializing. When you need a little time out, the first-floor terrace will provide you with tranquillity and beautiful views.
Whether you feel like popping out for dinner or to a big party, the nearby towns of San Josep, Playa den Bossa and Ibiza town are home to an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, and cafés, plus infamous nightclubs Pacha, Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia, where many hedonistic moments of the island’s nightlife take place. Playa Den Bossa also has the island's longest stretch of beautiful white sand, with watersports and a large variety of beach bars.
Although the nearest restaurant to the villa is only a couple minutes away in a lovely hotel; Village Ibiza. There is also a small supermarket in a very close neighborhood to the property where you will be able to get all your essentials.
The airport is just a 25-minute drive away, and the town of San Josep is less than 10 minute's drive, here you can pick up your supplies from one of the large supermarkets, like Hyper Centro, there is also a cashpoint, petrol station, restaurants/cafes, and tobacconists.
15 minutes to the west of the island is San Antonio, known not only for its nightlife but for the famous sunsets. On the way, you could stop in the picturesque town of San Josep to admire a typical and traditional Ibicencan town and beautiful church and enjoy one of the island's best tapas spots, Destino.
Some of the quieter and most beautiful west coast beaches are only a short drive away from Villa Can Tomas; Cala Conta, Cala D’hort, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella for incredible snorkeling, or views of the sunset.
Make sure to visit Es Vedra viewpoint, only 10 minutes drive away from the villa, for the most incredible sunset experience.
Just 25 minutes away by car you will arrive in the capital of the island, Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, port, and historical old town, it is a must-do for sightseeing. The Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and incredible views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining. The club Pacha is also located here and there are stylish bars along the mariner.
We do recommend car hire for this property, although not essential if you are happy to use taxis. For the best and most reliable car hire services and airport transfers, just ask.
Please note: There are air-condition units located in the top 3 bedrooms, the bottom 3 bedrooms have room fans, these rooms do not get direct sun so therefore are cooler.
The villa is equipped with 11 sunbeds (new photos to follow), you will be able to use them to enjoy all day long sun by the pool :)
There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.
The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros
These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.

Very nice villa located in cala Velleda. You will everything you need to pass a wonderfull stay, swimming pool and barbacue will definetely tempt to stay in the house more time than probably planned.
