This large villa is an amazing property for your Ibiza holiday, with 5 bedrooms, an independent dining and BBQ room, a huge pool and in a quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the town of San Antonio.
The property has been decorated in a traditional style with modern fittings and styling. As you enter the main house you are welcomed by a large living/dining area, with comfortable sofa, tv, stereo system, and large dining table. This leads into a newly renovated kitchen, fitted with all mod-cons and fully equipped with everything you need.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, each with their own entrances from the front garden and seating areas outside. There is one bathroom on this floor.
There are two air conditioning units in the villa. One situated in the 1st floor corridor to supply the top three bedrooms. One in the living room area to supply the bottom floor. There are room fans provided for each bedroom.
As you go up to the first floor you will find 3 bright and airy twin bedrooms and the second bathroom. These bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, are a good size and very bright. The master bedroom has a terrace overlooking the grounds, with a coffee table and chairs, and the third bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool.
The property has secure gates at the front of the property, and as you enter through these you will see a large canopy with a long dining table underneath, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings dining al fresco, or close the curtains around yourselves to enjoy your lunch in the shade.
From here, follow a path along a pretty mosaic wall feature and you will find the chill out and BBQ area. Here you have another large dining table, in a separate building across from the main house. The room has a skylight and panoramic windows looking on to a garden, making this a lovely warm and bright space.
Of course, the most important feature of all for your holiday is the huge swimming pool, located through a set of gates separating it from the garden. You have sun-beds, a large daybed to relax on and a sofa area with umbrellas for you to take some shade under, all just a couple of steps away from the main house. This area has a newly built wall around it for extra privacy and safety.
If you are looking to explore the local area, the beaches on the west coast are some of the most impressive and beautiful of the island, such as some of our personal favourites - Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Salada and Cala De Bou, which are just a short drive away.
The villa is just a 5-minute drive or 15 minute walk to San Antonio Bay, which has an excellent beach suitable for families. It is also home to the famous Ocean Beach Club, a large selection of bars, places to eat out and entertainment venues such as bowling, live music and water sports. San Antonio Bay is a great family resort as well as being fantastic for enjoying night life.
From the Bay, you can get a water taxi across to San Antonio, or enjoy a 20-minute walk along the beach or promenade. Walking around you will pass many beach front bars, Ibiza Rocks Bar which is famous for its music and live sets through the summer, Linekers, Itaka, a selection of fun fair rides and the clubs of Eden and Es Paradis.
San Antonio itself is a lively resort, it has a large mariner and port, with plenty of boat trips to choose from and hundreds of restaurants to dine at. It is pretty by day with fountains along the promenade and by evening has a choice of remarkable sunset venues, as well as being host to a large party scene by night on the West End.
The capital of the island, Ibiza town, is a 25-minute drive away, where you can wander around the small boutiques, bars and museums within the old fortress, go shopping or have a meal out in a vast selection of restaurants. For those of you who want to enjoy the night-life of Ibiza, the nightclub Pacha is located here, you have a choice of stylish bars in the mariner, and Playa den Bossa is just 5 minutes away with the famous clubs of Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia.
Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend hiring a car. Please inquire to book or request a quote.

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.
The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros
These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

*If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

The villa was perfect for us as a group. The pool are was bigger than we were expecting and we really enjoyed playing basketball and table tennis to keep us entertained during the day.

The bbq area was really good and we made use of it. This has its own separate seating area which is really nice. Lots of other little pockets of outdoor seating to change vibe or take shade, and particular loved the outdoor seating round the pool… really comfy and cool in the shade. The villa feels remote and slightly secluded with only a couple of nearby neighbours, but only a 10 minute walk to San Antonio bay. Villa has great facilities including dishwasher and washing machine and everything we needed. Cannot recommend this villa high enough or the service from the team. |

The pool area is incredible with many different beds, tables, shaded areas, games they have thought of everything, it’s completely fenced off for little ones and lovely and warm. Tim who looked after us was an incredible host and responded to everythsee more

Communication was great, problems were quickly fixed. The private pool was very nice. Stayes here with 5 kids and villa was suitable for kids.
It was a little less luxurious than we expected based on the photos but nice overall.

The location of the house was perfect for all the beaches in the west coast. Plentiful of shops and restaurants close by. We had excellent communication through out of stay with the management team. The house was well equipped with clean linen and besee more

The house was well equipped with clean linen and beach towels. The house itself is basic, and could do with more AC units. The pool is a really good size and warm, we spent evenings chatting and drinking, lovely poolside lighting.
